Welcome. This is an Alternate Universe, Axis Powers Hetalia Adventure-based Literate Role-Play.That's a mouthful.
This will be a guide to help you, the new member, get started with this Role Play.
♠ Step One ♠
Read the Rules.
Honestly, they're quite lengthy (since I've compiled The General, Character, and RP Rules together under one thread) and somewhat daunting, but if you take the time to read through it then you will find that it really isn't so bad.
The biggest rule is to stay In Character, of course.
♠ Step Two ♠
Read the RP Description.
I hope you find this to be helpful when coming to terms with the features included in this Role Play. Please make sure to read the threads that are marked with a sticky ( { The Motive } and { The Game Masters } ).
♠ Step Three ♠
After looking at the Character Sheet set up, you may...
Option 1; Reserve a character on the Character List thread.
Just post and we will add you to the Pending Characters list. However, if an accepted character has already met its maximum, then you cannot apply for the character.
i.e. There are two accepted Belarus's. You may not ask to be a Belarus because it has already met its maximum.
i.e. There is one accepted Belarus's. There might be two Belarus's on the Pending Characters list—it's simply a matter of who gets their character sheet finished first for that last spot.
Option 2; Simply start working on your character sheet.
Make sure that your Character Sheet(s) meet the standard of those that are under the Completed Character Sheets sub-board.
♠ Step Four ♠
Once you have finished your Character Sheet, you may...
Option 1; Post it under the Pending Character Sheets sub-board. From there, an Administrator will post if it has been approved or PM you if there needs to be revisions.
Option 2; PM it to The Game Master. From there, I will message you back as to whether it has been approved or not. If it has been approved, I will post it under the Completed Character Sheets sub-board. If it is not approved, I will point out the problems needed to be fixed.
♠ Step Five ♠
After your Character Sheet(s) is/are approved, please head over to the Character Tracker thread and pick a starting place for your character!
There are many other useful threads under the GM Announcements board, such as a thread to keep track of Reputation points, a thread that keeps summaries of all the antics your character(s) get into, and so forth.
♠ Step Six ♠
Change your account into a character account rather than an OOC one. For more information on this, please click here.
♠ Step Seven ♠
Once you have a starting place for you character and after you've made your character account(s), it's time to start RPing.
We hope you enjoy your stay here in HetaQuest, whether it be RPing in the various different regions provided or just chilling out with the other RPers on the OOC Board. We want to get to know the RPer as much as the character they role play!
